Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets TCC-5. Areas of severe corrosion and pitting were identified and repaired using Belzona 1111 and then coated with Belzona 1321.
Belzona Facts
By using the Belzona solution, the corroded areas of the separator were repaired and protected from further corrosion. The vessel has been operated with H2S present for a further 6 years without defects being found.
