Application Situation

Inside a cyclone transporting corncobs in a cereal plant.

Application Method

The application was carried out with cold bonding of stainless steel plates with Belzona 1311, where abrasion protection was important. Belzona 1321 was applied to protect 15cm of all the circumference of the cyclone.

Belzona offered a quick repair and rapid return to service. The repair was completed on-site, without dismantling. Belzona allowed for a cold repair.
