Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-1. The belt was cleaned, degreased, and undercut 1/4" x 3" wide on all sides of damaged area. Reinforcement tape was embedded in the Belzona® 2211 for additional strength.

The cost of downtime and new belting was significant and customers production schedule did not allow for replacement. This repair was completed in a fraction of the time needed to replace the belt. Customer experienced significant savings in downtime and replacement costs.
