Problem: Minor leaks were causing unsanitary conditions in the kitchen and the HVAC system could not keep up with major temperature and humidity fluctuations causing discoloration in the highly decorative chocolates.

The owner remarked about the noticeable difference in temperature and humidity control after just the first coat of Belzona® 3111 was applied. Since the completion of the project, this operation has not had to pursue an HVAC upgrade and the chocolates are once again flawlessly beautiful and delicious.
