Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet HEX-2. After blasting the damaged area and flange surfaces of the top-cover were restored by forming technique and Belzona® 1111.

Cost effective and quick method of rebuilding and contouring of the original cooler top-cover profile. Belzona repair fully restored the efficiency of heat exchanger. Significant cost saving to the customer as alternative was equipment replacement.
