Belzona Facts
Replacement of the tank was too expensive even to consider. Other options that were considered included using a glass flake system to coat the tank and welding a steel bottom onto the walls of the tank. The cost of this method would have been about £370,000. The Belzona® solution cost only £80,000, a saving of almost £300,000, and took a fraction of the time estimated for the welded repair.
