Application Situation
Rubber pad press used to form components from sheet metal. The rubber bolster exerts approximately 15000psi to the metal sheets to form them over the pattern die.
Application Method
Instead of replacing complete bolster a 1-inch (25 mm) thick rubber pad is bonded to the surface in accordance with Belzona System leaflet GSS-2.
