Problem: Years of erosion/corrosion had deteriorated the divider bars causing bypass and inefficiency.

  1. Grit blasted cover.  
  2. Formers in place and coated with Belzona® 9411. Rebuilding with Belzona® 1311 in progress.  
  3. Rebuilding complete, all parts to be finish coated with Belzona® 1321.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How Leaflet HEX-2.
Belzona Facts
All parts were rebuilt with Belzona® 1311 and resurfaced with Belzona® 1321. The cost was $1,600. All parts are still in use today with no further damage.
