Application Situation:

10,000 sq. feet of small concrete block buildings, pipework and roof.

 
 

Problem:

The structures were damaged from exposure to fumes and vapors inherent to the plant.

Belzona® 5111 (Ceramic Cladding)

 

Substrate:

Concrete steel and galvanized metal

 
 

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How Leaflets TCC-5, HEX-12 and RPA-1.

After eight years of service, the Belzona® 5111 system continues to provide an aesthetically pleasing coating for the customer.
