Application Situation:

Concrete slabs in front of medical center entrance.

 
 

Problem:

The entrance to the medical center was irregular from the concrete slabs settling ”this is a high traffic area, with new born infant incubators, patients in wheel chairs, and sensitive instrumentation all having trouble crossing the area.

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. Belzona® 4111 (Magma Quartz) was used to level the transition area between slabs, giving a smooth transition.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Because Belzona can be feather edged and has superior adhesion to the existing concrete, heavy traffic will not deteriorate the cold joint between slabs.
