Problem: Routine construction above caused physical damage to this 1.2 meter diameter concrete pipeline carrying potable water to Guang Dong Province.

Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11b.
Belzona Facts
Water pressure was cut from the line and the damaged area prepared with small grinders to remove the loose concrete and get to the exposed rebar. Belzona® 4211 (Magma Stop) was then used to quickly seal the hole and Belzona® 4111 (Magma Quartz) to reinforce the repair area. After curing the Belzona with external heat, the repair was put back into service after only three and one half hours of cure.
