Application Situation:

Spalled concrete around handrail posts at a sewage treatment plant.

 
 

Problem:

Liquid was pooling around these handrails, spalling the concrete and loosening the rails at this municipal sewage plant to such an extent that worker safety was in question.

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets FPA-10.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Other cementitious-based repair materials shrink and crack, often allowing liquid a path to migrate through.This causes further spalling in a relatively short period of time.
