Application Situation:

Spalled concrete at handrail post of a clarifier in a wastewater treatment plant.

 
 

Problem:

The damaged concrete at a handrail post was creating a potential safety hazard.

Belzona® 4131 (Magma Screed)

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-9.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

This is a convenient and cost effective repair. The alternative was to pour and reform the concrete. The customer saved several thousand dollars. Other concrete patch materials are porous and the same degradation sce-nario would ultimately occur.
