Problem: Step nosings had become damaged and overall very dirty. The school wanted the main entrance upgrading and wanted to ensure the steps were safe for its staff, pupils and visitors.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets FPA-1 and FPA-8. The concrete step nosings were repaired using Belzona® 4111 before coating with Belzona® 5231. Finally a Belzona® 4411 grip system was applied to step nosings.

The application was completed by Belzona to a very high standard which was confirmed by the client. Not only has appearance been upgraded but the high visibility, non slip system on the step nosings provides improved safety by reducing risk of falls.
