Application Situation:

The fabricated pieces will be one of the first components to construct the dam used to generate hydroelectric power. The coated steel will be cast into concrete with hundreds of thousands of gallons of water will flow over the completed application.



High volume of river water will flow over the steel component and client wanted a coating suitable for permanent immersion and to protect from corrosion.

Application Method:

Application was carried out by brush in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-4


Belzona Facts:

The project was carried out according to the specification from United States Corps of Engineers.
