Application Situation
90m long concrete balcony giving access to flats over shop units.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets RPA-2 & RPA-8. Belzona 4111 was used to rebuild damaged masonry and then the entire area was sealed with a fully reinforced Belzona 3111 system before applying a further coat of Belzona 3131 blended with Belzona 9231 aggregate to create a hard wearing non-slip surface.
Belzona Facts
Belzona were able to meet the specific requirements of the client. Due to the logistics of the long narrow balcony and to provide access to the tenants, duckboards were used for them to walk on.
