Application Method
The application was carried out based on Belzona Know-How System Leaflets TCC-9 and FPA-10. The concrete surface was prepared by mechanical scarification. Metallic surface was prepared using mechanical and manual tools according to application standards. After cleaning, the conditioner Belzona 4911 was applied on the concrete. Belzona 4124 was used to fill the base and Belzona 4111/4151 was injected to set the anchor bolts in place.
Belzona Facts
The repair of the base with Belzona products offered excellent mechanical and vibration resistance and allowed a quick return of the equipment back to operation.
