Belzona® Repairs Chips From The Old Block

Problem:

The cyclone's steel substrate was worn by continuous abrasion from wood chips entering at high velocity.

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets SHM-13, FBC-5 and TCC-1.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

The cost to repair these cyclones using conventional methods would have been five to six times higher than the Belzona solution. The cost of lost production would have added even more to the costs.
