The acid had damaged the teflon coating.

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-3 for repairing/renewing damaged linings. Abrasive blasting was done to prepare the surface and Belzona 4311 was spray applied as a two coat system in accordance with Belzona Instructions For Use.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Belzona 4311 is a high performance, two-component barrier coating for protecting surfaces against the effects of chemical attack. This solvent free coating provides outstanding resistance to a broad range of chemicals, especially acids and alkalis.
