Problem: The pump casing, cut water, straighteners, wear ring and gland housing were all suffering from erosion-corrosion. Also, there was a long crack on the cut water.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets CEP-1, CEP-2, CEP-3, CEP-5 and CEP-6.

Belzona repaired everything in the pump - from the casing to the cut water and straighteners, including repairing the wear ring seat and the gland housing. In short Belzona returned this pump which was going to be junk to work again successfuly saving the replacement costs of new pump and providing more resistance to the effects of erosion-corrosion than new one.
