Problem: The foundation under the loading ramp had been undermined causing one concrete panel to crack which made a bump in the road for forklifts, which would then lose loads when hitting this joint.

Application Situation

Application Method
The appliaction was carried in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. The substrate was thoroughly cleaned and loose material removed.  A Teflon spacer was placed into the joint to separate adjacent panels thus avoiding a repeat of cracking that had occurred. The Conditioner was brush applied and Belzona 4111 was hand applied.

The Customer had tried other materials with limited success and wanted a sure solution without a need to re-apply prematurely - hence Belzona was selected.
