Application Situation
Cleaner head at a paper mill.
Application Method
First, the head was properly blasted. The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-7. The contour area was rebuilt with Belzona 1812. Belzona 1311 was used as an adhesive to bond the tiles to the head, and Belzona 1812 was used to grout the tiles into place.
Belzona Facts
So far, the rebuilt head has lasted 5 times longer (over 18 months) than a new head. The spare spart was rebuilt with Belzona and is still sitting on the shelf.
