Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-1 and ENC-3a. The original dimensions were restored then Belzona® 1111 was used in conjuction with Belzona® 9341 to complete the repair, finally bearing housing was bored to its dimensions.
Belzona Facts
The gear box had many long deep cracks which were dangerous to be welded due to heat distortion and the high ability to fail again. Belzona repair was completed quickly, safely, without heat, and at a moderate price.
