Damage to the existing rubber lining had resulted in corrosion damage to the exposed steel substrate.

Belzona 2911 (Elastomer QD Conditioner)

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-3. Areas of damaged rubber lining were cut away and the exposed steel substrate was prepared by grit blasting. Following the application of Belzona 2911, the damaged areas were rebuilt using Belzona 2111.


Belzona Facts:

The Belzona solution gave the quickest and most economical solution when compared to the traditional method of replacing the complete rubber lining.
