Application Situation:

Taxi Stand drop off point at shopping centre



The concrete slab, adjacent to the ramp for the taxi stand, had sunk and created a step that had become a trip hazard. This had also made wheelchair access difficult.



Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz)





Application Method:

This application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet FPA-1. Belzona 4111 was used to re-profile the ramp creating a smooth transition from the road onto the footpath.

Belzona 4000 series materials are the product of choice for this busy shopping centre because they allow repairs to be carried out quickly and easily with minimum disruption and at the same time provide long term, permanent repairs. Even after 3 years of constant use , the ramp is still performing well with no signs of deterioration or cracking
