Application Situation:

The floor joint between concrete slabs in a Car Park

 
 

Problem:

The edge nosings of the concrete slabs had been broken down to rubble after years of daily traffic making them unsightly and dangerous

 
 

Products:

Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz)

 

Substrate:

Concrete

 
 

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet FPA-1. The old damaged concrete was removed and cut back to a sound substrate. The area was then prepared and rebuilt with the Belzona 4111 system to restore the original profile.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Belzona 4111 was used for its high strength, fast curing and ease of application. The floor repair is still in good condition more than 3 years later.
