Buildings & Structures (BSTR)

Floor Problem Areas (FPA)

Customer Location:

Property Management, Kansas City, Missouri

Application Date:

May 2016

Application Situation:

Main entry of apartment

The apartment complex recently had concrete replacement on its clubhouse, including the main entry, sidewalks, and curbing. The management was worried that the new concrete would not last unless protected. There were concerns of inclement weather and subsequent ice melts and salts being used, staining from watering the plants and constant pedestrian traffic and deliveries.
