Problem: Previous glass flake system had failed and had suffered corrosion damage to the vessel wall. Belzona inspected after 9 years and only problems caused by local areas of mechanical damage.

Application Situation
In situ re-coat of the 1st stage separator in a time restricted shut down. Inspection in August 2006.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-3.
Belzona Facts
After 9 years in service, the vessel was returned to service with only the need for localized repairs.
