Application Situation:

Leaks between the stainless steel tubes and Muntz metal tube sheets on eight tube sheets



The leaks caused a rise in the condensate return water silicon content from 200 ppm to 4,600 ppm which in turn contaminates the boiler and contributes to corrosion.

Application carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet HEX-1 & HEX-3.
