Belzona Facts:

With a replacement cost of $30,000 per bracket a protective coating was sought in order to prolong the life of the equipment. The customer had used several different products to address this problem and none had been effective. The need for expanded metal also made the previous applications much more time consuming leading to increased down time and man hours. The Belzona solution proved to be much easier and faster to apply than the alternatives. At a cost of $4,200 per arm Belzona was able to save this plant thousands of dollars.
