Application Situation:

Parapet wall joints on visitors center leaking. Previous attempts with silicone sealant failed quickly.

 
 

Problem:

Water was leaking in, staining wallpaper, ceiling tile and carpet causing an obvious unsightly mess.

Belzona® 3111 (Flexible Membrane)

Exposed aggregate concrete

 
 

Application Method:

Application carried out in accordance with the Belzona Know-How System Leaflet RPA-10.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Labor costs of applying silicone sealant, which did not work, far exceeded the cost of the Belzona application. 20 years later, no leaks!
