Problem: The system required a sump for the waste water to pass through, and having drilled it from solid concrete, it had to be lined and sealed.

Application Situation
The hospital decided to recover heat from the waste water in their laundry by installing a heat exchanger.
Application Method
Application carried out in accordance with modified version of System Leaflet TCC-9. First a new base to the sump was created using a paving slab. Belzona® 4141 was applied to fill the damage caused by the drill cores. Belzona® 4181 was then screeded over the entire surface to provide heat resistance.
