Belzona 2141 (ACR-Fluid Elastomer)

Problem: The rotors are part of a mine ventilation system at the end customer and are therefore continuously exposed to corrosion, erosion and moisture. In order to reduce costs and extend the service life of the components in the area of ​​plant maintenance, the two new rotors including injection nozzles were protected with Belzona 5821. In order to avoid cavitation damage in the area of ​​the blades, these edges were additionally protected with the more cavitation-resistant Belzona 2141 (ACR-Fluid Metal).
