Application Situation
Sewage manhole on the local street.
Application Method
The manhole seats were roughened and then degreased.
Cover plate ends were protected with Duct tape and Belzona® 9411. Belzona® 1111 was used to rebuild the manhole cover seat in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet GSS-8.

Belzona® 1111 made a cost effective solution and a
perfect fit of the manhole cover in its seat eliminating noise.
Conventional replacement method takes time, a lot of work and different material (asphalt, reinforced concrete). The cost savings by using Belzona technology is about 200,00 EUR per manhole.
