Application Situation
Internal downpipe, part of roof drainage system.
Application Method
Application carried out in accordance with a modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11b. Belzona® 4111 was packed around the break.
Belzona Facts
To change the broken pipe would involve a pipefitting/labor crew at least a week to excavate down below the floor three feet. Belzona application took just 20 minutes to complete. 8 man crew, 40 hours labor at $50.00/hr = $16,000 saved. Revisited February 2008, still performing.
