Application Situation:

Various cracks and faulty seams on concrete parking deck.

Problem:

A previous application by another contractor had failed in a very short space of time leading to water entering the shop below.

Belzona® 2221 (MP Fluid Elastomer)

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-6.

Belzona Facts:

Heavy rains after the application had been completed revealed that the area was now completely water-tight.

1. All joints were ground clean to remove all traces of the failed material
2. All joints were conditioned with Belzona® 2911 prior to injecting the Elastomer
3. Completed application with all the joints and cracks sealed
