Application Situation
Product and services pipelines at oil terminal. There are five separate pipelines of differing diameter.
Application Method
New pipe saddle supports and wear pads were bonded in place in accordance with Belzona Know-How Leaflet VPF-15.
Belzona Facts
Welding of new supports was not possible due to unloading of LPG and oil from tankers at regular intervals. Tests showed Belzona® 1121 provided corrosion resistant bond that required 25 tons to remove bracket.
