Problem: Acids and caustic mixture had eroded the concrete and EPA made the client repair the concrete so Mercury would not accumulate on the floor.

Application Method
Application was carried out using a modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. A slurry mix of  Belzona® 4111 was used to level floor before coating with Belzona® 5811 with non-slip Aggregate.
Belzona Facts
Previous coatings had failed and allowed concrete deterioration. Chosen Belzona system provided the levels required together with excellent resistance to the chemicals involved.
