Problem: Upper Crusher Bushing seized on crusher shaft and spun inside the housing, resulting in loss of approximately .025" to the inner diameter. Housing suffered additional damage from cutting torch while removing old bushing.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know How System Leaflet MPT-7. Belzona® 1111 was used to fill grooves cut by welding torch and Belzona® 1321 to restore inner diameter tolerances using the new bushing re-form the housing.
