Application Situation
Double end suction centrifugal pump in pulp production
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How system Leaflets CEP-1 and CEP-5. After blasting with Aluminium Oxide grit the internal damage was restored with Belzona® 1311. Flange faces & sealing ring seats were rebuilt by forming technique with Belzona® 1111.

Rebuilding and contouring to the original pump profile restored pump efficiency and saved time for delivery and high replacement costs for a new pump.
