Belzona® 1812 applied to profile the hopper before overcoating with Belzona® 2111. Both mild steel hopper and Belzona® 1812 grit blasted before coating. | | | | Belzona Facts:Hopper volume : 22.5 tons of material per hour 24 hours a day /7 days a week. Production shut down 40 days per year. Originaly the hopper had a life expectency of 1 month. Other solutions lasted 7 months. With the Belzona solution equipment now operates for a period of 18 to 24 months maintenance free. They even carry 1 or 2 hoppers in stock.
