Application Situation

Flange on 18ft. diameter evaporator.

Application Method

Application carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets GSS-8 and HEX-3. Templates were used to obtain original profile of the flange with Belzona® 1111. Belzona® 4341 was applied as a protective coating.

Belzona Facts

Belzona solution restored sealing on flange face without heat avoiding further damage to the Teflon lining. Use of Belzona® 4341 provided acid resistance to the repair.
