Problem:

Corrosion had lead to a reduction in the wall thickness forcing a shutdown.

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5

Belzona Facts:

Belzona offered corrosion resistant system for the hot chemical process involved. Metal cladding could not be carried out within the time constraints of this short shutdown. Inspection after 3 years service shows coating in excellent condition.
