Problem: Due to the promenade steps being on the sea front, over a number of years they had deteriotated where the nosings were damaged and in dangerous condition.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1.
Belzona Facts
The customer had previously carried out localised repairs using alternative concrete repair materials. The products, however, were not effective due to poor adhesion and the nature of the coastal environment. An inspection of the Belzona application was carried out after 5 years and there is no signs of deteriation or damage to nosings whatsoever.
