Application Situation:

Chemical Reactors operating at 120°C and 7 bar pressure.



Damage to the glass lining caused by mis-handling of the covers and introduction of foreign bodies into the mixing process.



Belzona® 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal)

Application Method:

Application is carried out in accordance with Belzona Know How System Leaflet TCC-3.


Belzona Facts:

The Belzona repair can be completed in three hours. Making and securing Tantalum patches can take several days. Belzona® 1311 is only viable repair on agitator, Tantalum patches cannot be secured.
