Housing was heated with torch to sweat out oils. The substrate was then blasted to a 2-3 mil profile. Application of the Belzona® 1311 followed to rebuild housing back to OEM specification. | | | Belzona Facts:Welding and Machining would have taken 7-10 days and the cost was $40-60k not including downtime of the mill.
