Application Situation:

Tiled floor in bottling room.

 
 

Problem:

There were several cracked and broken tiles. This created a potential hygeine problem and required rectifying to remove traps for bacteria and to aid cleaning.

Belzona® 4131 (Magma Screed)

Belzona® 5231 (S G Laminate)

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets FPA-1 & 3. Belzona® 4131  was used to replace loose tiles sand create a uniform surface prior to application of the Belzopna® 5231. 

 
 

Belzona Facts:

The Belzona System creates a level, seamless surface that is hygenic in this critical area. The low VOC, low odour of the system was a further benefit in this bottling plant.
