Problem: Rotary pump lobes damaged by entrained solids.

  4. Inspection six months after installation shows no wear. One year after installation the lobes are operating perfectly.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How Leaflet PDP-9.

Replacement cost is $1,000-$1,300 per lobe. Cost of fabricating lobes with Belzona's techniques is approximately $600 per lobe, saving the customer in excess of $600 per lobe.
