Belzona® 4911 (Magma TX-Conditioner) | | | Substrate:Concrete | | | Application Method:The application was carried out following a modified version of Belzona Know-How Leaflet FPA-5. | | | Belzona Facts:Belzona® 4111 already had proven itself able to withstand heavy vehicles and pounding from highway traffic. All necessary surface preparation and application was carried out between 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. ready for the early morning traffic. | | | Photographs Description
- Removal of armor angle using acetylene torch.
- Expansion joint after the removal of the armor angle. Concrete deterioration was clearly visible.
- Styrofoam guides in place prior to application of Belzona products.
- Belzona® 4111 was force cured using pipes cut in half to contain heat from portable heaters.
