Problem: Pitting and corrosion on water jacket side of engine block. This made it impossible for O-ring fits to seal cooling water, allowing water to leak from under heads and into piston sleeves.

Application Method
Application was carried out out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-6.
Belzona Facts
After application was completed, surface was sanded and filed using in-house mechanics at a cost of $5,000 (material and labor). This was much more cost effective than $45,000 for welding and machining the engine block.
